BoB wasn't hand tame when I got him, I am convinced when the breeder wing clipped he also took away trust of hands, as he used a stick to get him...... WELL DONE to all you breeders who spend time with your chicks handling, playing and loving them it makes the difference when passed on to their forever homes!
BoB is happy to perch on my finger but tickles are an emphatic NO! BoB is quite a character, oh he knows how use them when he wants something, but he has never really allowed me to touch him when perched on my finger! he can nip hard, but over time he is starting to relax more and more and beginning to find there not as bad as he once thought and play begins :) and the nips dont hurt they are becoming nibbles ticklish nibbles 😊🤗 Above is one of those playful moments that make 6 months of working with him so satisfying .
